Steps today: 21 541
It would appear as if our room temperature issues are over! I said last night that it was not as bad as before, and this morning it was actually tolerable!! As I write this at the end of the day, we would not even consider the room “hot” but rather just “a little uncomfortably warm”. I still have the fan blowing on me, but it’s on low. Thank goodness that’s over!
The weather today was colder and windier then forecasted, but I was NOT complaining about it! Imagine: from sweltering hot to needing gloves in 2 days!
We started the day with our usual walk through the park and played with the birds around the Round Pond. I couldn’t get over how MANY there were!!
Then we had breakfast in a really beautiful brasserie on Kensington High Street… a little taste of what’s to come in a few weeks when I start my Parisian vacation! It was great – I just love brasseries!
After this, we spent the rest of the day at Kew Gardens; it was very enjoyable. I just love flowers and as you can see, I had a fun time taking pictures.

Supper was at “Pizza Express”, a chain restaurant that we’ve seen EVERYWHERE in London. It was actually quite good! I was impressed.
We got back from Kew by about 7, went for a walk though Kensington Gardens before the remains of the daylight faded, found a pub near the hotel for a nightcap and called it a day by about 8:30.
Last day tomorrow!!! Can’t believe it’s almost over 
Cool... time to come home, someone who sleeps in a show box next to your computer really misses you.
